Sandbag Training Routines

The sandbag behaves unpredictably - it twists and turns and demands true strength and power to wield and control.

This often overlooked basic piece of equipment can be used to challenge the whole body with hundreds of possible exercises.

It's the awkwardness in handling the sandbag which makes it so effective - it forces your body to constantly shift and adapt it's movement patterns to control the bag which enhances muscle recruitment and effort required.
