Setting up the Rings
After threading the straps over (or through) your anchor point, the rings are secured in place using the CAM buckles. These buckles are also used to adjust the height of the rings by feeding through more or less webbing.
The straps can be suspended over pull-up bars, beams, or rafters in your home or garage, or passed through an eye-bolt secured into your ceiling (not supplied). You can also take the rings outside and hook them over trees or local park equipment.
The rings are designed specifically for fitness workouts and bodyweight strength training and are not intended for gymnastics swings or dismounts.

Having read impressive things about gym ring training, I decided to give these a try and I have been really pleased with my choice. The rings add instability to bodyweight exercises so they become much harder, but you naturally use more muscle groups to keep yourself steady which is great for improving strength. You'll manage fewer reps, but you'll feel more of the burn!
As for the product itself, it’s simple but well constructed. The rings are light and solid, and the cords and buckles don't look like they'll wear out anytime soon even with frequent adjustments, which is great because by having adjustable cord lengths, the rings become extremely versatile. You can pretty much do any bodyweight exercise you’d normally do on these, only the rings will push you even harder.

5/5 The rings came within a week, and I live in France. So great delivery speed, as ever. The quality is very nice, and it' a really good way to challenge you through your workouts. The setup is pretty quick and easy to do, you can fix them on a tree, on your pull-up bar or wherever you want. The grip feels really nice and don't slip even with the sweat you can encounter doing a hard workout.
If you want a pretty-good quality*, with solid equipements, a fast delivery wherever you are in the world, and an attractive price (usualy good rings are 70$ at least), don't worry it's the right choice.
*best quality rings are wooden rings but they're usualy not the cheapiest.

Very good service arrived in two days everything perfect. Been using a pull up bar for a year but must say rings are much harder. Will take some time to get used to but will work your body harder maybe best bodyweight exercise's you can do.
Ring rows are a good beginners movement to people that are new to ring training. It's also a progression exercise for anyone wanting to build up strength for unassisted pull-ups.
Ring push-ups are a slight variation on the traditional bodyweight push-up, introducing gymnastics rings to the exercise to add an element of instability.
The support position is the fundamental starting point for ring training and to develop the ability to manipulate your own bodyweight. This static hold will develop the core strength required to simply suspend your body from the floor, assisted only by the arms.
The Bulgarian Pull-up is a variation on the standard pull-up exercise using gymnastics rings. It is often used in gymnastics when learning the iron cross.
The front lever is a fundamental gymnastics strength hold that trains the core body and back muscles. This exercise considers the bodyweight hold on a set of gymnastics rings rather than static bar.
