What is circuit training?
Circuit training is an efficient form of conditioning workout, which combines resistance training and high-intensity aerobics.
Circuit workouts are generally very fast paced moving from exercise station-to-station in quick succession, with little rest between sets.
Each exercise is performed for a prescribed amount of time, before moving on to the next. Once all exercises are complete, this is considered as one circuit.

Circuit training is an efficient form of workout that -
