Grappler training
The grappler can be loaded with a weight training bar and rotated around it's pivot point. This exciting tool, that we nicknamed "The Arc" here at Fitstream is revolutionising upper-body weight training and abdominal training.
It's one of the most exciting and effective pieces of fitness equipment to cross our path of late.
How do grapplers work?
Slide one end of a barbell (olympic or standard connectors) into the rotating pivot point of and use the other end (loaded with weight plates) to train with, through a possible 360 degrees of motion.
The grappler will absolutely hammer the core body and builds strong, thick shoulders and all round upper-body strength.
Grappler exercises
There are many different possible strength exercises with the grappler such as:
- Grappler twists: (hold one of the bar in both hands, and rotate left and right bringin the bar down towards your knees before arc'ing back up and around to the other side.
- Bent over grappler rows
- Grappler shoulder press
