The Fitstream ankle weights are heavy-duty, adjustable weights that can be worn around the ankles to add additional resistance to strength exercises.
Each ankle weight is 5kg max and has 5 removable weighted blocks that are used to adjust the intensity of your training from 1kg to 5kg per ankle.
In total, when wearing both ankle weights you will have 10kg extra weight added to the body.
